What is SPS? The Shop Performance Score is TikTok Shop's 0–5 seller health rating. It combines fulfillment speed, return rates, cancellation rates, and customer service into a single score that determines your store's standing.
✅ 4.0–5.0: Good Standing
Normal visibility, access to promotions, standard settlement periods. Aim for this range.
⚠️ 2.5–3.9: At Risk
Lower algorithmic exposure, reduced seller credibility, longer settlement periods.
🚫 Below 2.5: Critical
Daily order limits, ad restrictions, affiliate discoverability loss, potential account suspension.
📈 Recovery Timeline
Fulfillment metrics improve in 1–2 weeks. Return rate recovery takes 14–30 days with focused corrective action.
Key threshold to remember: Late Shipment Rate should stay ≤4%. Valid Tracking Rate must be ≥95%. Seller-fault cancellation rate below 2.5% keeps most sellers in healthy territory.
